Who runs this site

Keyboard Workshop is an independent hobbyist technical-record project.

Scope

These information pages are published by Keyboard Workshop and are open to anyone. Some keyboard modification guides are published and public. Other drafts, including incomplete procedures, stay unpublished. They are not offered on the public site.

Editorial limitations

Guides describe what public demonstration videos show. They are not independently tested, may be incomplete, and mark unconfirmed details as unverified. Anyone modifying hardware does so at their own risk and should check the details against their own equipment.

Attribution and third-party links

Third-party links lead to sites we do not control; “Context only” links do not endorse the claims they accompany.

Video frames from creator videos

A guide may show a small number of selected key frames from the creator's demonstration video to illustrate the documented steps. Each frame carries a credit naming the creator in the form “Video: @handle on TikTok”, and the guide links to the original video.

No separate permission or licence has been obtained from the creator or the platform for these frame uses. Attribution is not permission, and nothing here asserts that any particular use of this material is lawful. Anyone who wants to reuse the frames, or the videos they come from, should make their own assessment first.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to access the restricted guide pages without authorisation, or to interfere with the service.

Governing law

These pages are operated from the United States. Disputes are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s residence in the United States.
