About
Keyboard Workshop is a record of hands-on custom-keyboard modifications and troubleshooting. Each guide uses a public demonstration video to break a modification down into the steps that can actually be seen, and to point out the details the video does not confirm.
The guides are written from those demonstrations and a limited amount of supporting research. They are not reports of our own independent testing, and they say so where it matters: model names, lubricant grades and similar details that the footage does not show are marked as unverified.
Guides are grouped by topic — acoustic mods, switch tuning and stabilizer tuning. Some cover only part of a procedure; the stabilizer guide, for example, covers the first half only, and is labelled that way.
